Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchanges – Stylepeak

At Stylepeak, operated by ZIZAO Ventures Private Limited, customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to offering a smooth, transparent, and fair resolution process for returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges.

Please read the policy carefully before placing your order.


Step 1: Raise a Return or Replacement Request

If you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or incomplete product, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

  • For damaged, missing, or defective items, the issue must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery.
  • Requests made beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.

To initiate a request, contact our support team with:

  • Order ID
  • Registered mobile number
  • Clear images of the product (if damaged/defective)

Step 2: Request Review

Our team will review your request within 2 working days.

Eligibility will be determined based on:

  • Product condition
  • Supporting evidence (images/videos if required)
  • Compliance with return guidelines

Step 3: Reverse Pickup

Once approved:

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged through our courier partner.
  • You do not need to ship the item yourself unless specifically instructed.
  • Ensure the product is properly packed in original packaging with tags intact.

Step 4: Product Inspection & Resolution

After the product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.

Based on inspection results, we will proceed with:

  • Replacement, or
  • Refund (if replacement is unavailable)

Replacement & Exchange Policy

Once your request is approved:

  • Pickup will be scheduled.
  • After the item reaches us and passes inspection, replacement will be dispatched.
  • If the item is out of stock, you may choose:
    • A full refund, or
    • Exchange for a similar product (subject to availability)

Replacement & Exchange Delivery Timeline

  • Replacement dispatch: 2–4 business days after successful inspection
  • Delivery timeline: 5–7 business days, depending on location

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales, or unforeseen logistical delays.


Returns / Replacements Will Not Be Accepted If:

  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged
  • Original tags, packaging, or accessories are missing
  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • Damage/missing item is reported after 48 hours
  • The product shows signs of wear, perfume, stains, or deodorant marks

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or wrong item delivery:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and intimate apparel
  • Socks, stockings, and personal wear accessories
  • Beauty and personal care products once opened
  • Products marked as “Final Sale”, “Non-Returnable”, or “Non-Refundable”
  • Gift cards, vouchers, and promotional items
  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order products

Such products will be clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

If cancellation is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.


Refund Process

For Prepaid Orders

Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.


Refund Timelines

  • Cancelled Orders: 3–5 business days
  • Returned Orders: 7–10 business days after pickup and successful inspection

Please note: Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.


Partial Returns

Customers may return one or more eligible items from an order, provided each item meets the return conditions.
